This step can only be performed after Steps A and B!!! The steps are dependent on one another.

If you’ve encountered an issue:

Users with a service agreement from the Scientific Computing Department of the Computing Division are to send an e-mail to create a support ticket.

Everyone else may contact the faculty Computing Coordinators to receive technical support.
