Codes and passwords

There are several types of university usernames (codes) :

Staff code - for administrative staff and academic staff

Student code - for active students

External code - for those who aren't students nor staff, but the faculty wishes for them to have a university username

Faculty code - for departmental use.

Virtual code - for those enrolled in refresher courses or similar.

Using the code :
The username grants access to a wide array of services, according to its type.
For example: email, library resources, Moodle, viewing of recorded classes, and more.
