Code Creation for Externals and Volunteers
Creating this type of code is conditional upon the needs and desires of the faculty.
The code does not grant access to university e-mail services.
Tel-Aviv University assigns computer codes to academic/administrative staff and students registered in the University databases.
Users who are not students or staff members are to turn to the faculty’s Computing Coordinators in order to provide codes for third parties and volunteers.
Creating this type of code is conditional upon the needs and desires of the faculty!!!
The code does not grant access to university e-mail services!!!
To create the code, you must fill out and submit a special form to the Computing Coordinators (A link to download the form can be found at the bottom of this page).
Faculty Coordinators are allowed to create a code for third parties and volunteers for a period of up to 30 days.
The validity of the code can be extended for a period of six months or twelve months.
The service requires payment to be made via an internal budget section.
To extend the validity of the code, do the following:

- Log into the system
- Choose the option: “eShop – purchase software and services”
- Choose option: “Sale of Services and related products”
- Click on: “Show all services”
- Choose the option: “Guest account”
