The Computing Division provides disk space, Windows servers, and encryption certificates (SSL) for research and administrative staff within the Microsoft unit .In addition, it also provides an isolated and secure .NET website infrastructure and MSSQL server database.

Ordering the service
You can submit a request for new services or for extending existing ones.
To do so, use one of the following based on the appropriate funding criteria:

Please note:
1. A new service or an increase will be set up only after payment for the purchase request in the ERP store. One must create a purchase request using the "שרותי אגף למחשוב" store and search for %WIN%.
2. There are 2 products/suppliers to choose from: (1) for research services and (2) for administrative services. You need to select the right product/supplier according to the form type used.
3. When creating a purchase request, please use the following instructions:
- The amount to be paid will be recorded in the "כמות" field – the value must be identical to the sum recorded in the most recent/last proposal sent.
- According to the form type used: You can use one or more research budget items for research services and administrative budget items for administrative services. Do not mix/replace budget items.
- You must record the proposal number in the appropriate field and attach the proposal file (pdf) as an appendix for future inquiries regarding the purchased services.
