Division Structure

The unit is responsible for providing service and support to the administrative units of the university, the staff and the students.

The unit provides professional service and support in accordance with the needs of academia and the university administration, in order to allow for smooth uninterrupted operations for the population using the university’s computing services. 

These are some of the service and support arrays the unit is responsible for:

• Phone-based HelpDesk staffed with professional and friendly personnel
• HelpDesk website for creating support tickets
• A Personal Computer technician for installations and handling PC issues
• Multimedia services for recording classes and events
• Support and assistance with scientific software
• Mac computer support
